Just to let you know that I start back in full time employment next Tuesday in the post of General Manager at xxxx. I am sure that the CV and other assistance that all at UK Career Services gave me played a very big part in me winning this post. Hays Recruitment spotted my CV on one of the websites and that started things rolling. Firstly I was interviewed by them at their Sheffield office and was subsequently interviewed by the current General Manager (he is retiring). There were other candidates, not just from Hays but from other agencies. After a series of delays due to holidays, volcanic ash travel problems etc, I and two others were interviewd by the Managing Director of the owing group (xxxxx) in mid May and I was told a couple of days later that I would be offered the post.

The salary is 23% greater than my last position and the job will be a real challenge but I am up for it and will put my experience of production, sales, P&L etc to the test.

Now it is up to me to justify their confidence in my abilities.

Once again, my thanks - I am convinced my investment in your services has paid off.
